This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Implementing our Go-to-Market Strategy: Taking charge of and executing the initial market entry plan for Magic Notes in Australia.
• Developing and Managing Your Pipeline: Identifying, engaging, and nurturing potential partners within the Australian market to create a strong and probability-weighted pipeline aimed at meeting ambitious sales goals. This involves independently researching prospects, initiating contact, and guiding them through the sales process.
• Securing Deals: Effectively communicating the value proposition of Magic Notes, negotiating terms, and finalizing agreements with key decision-makers in target organizations.
• Fostering Strong Relationships: Establishing and maintaining strong, positive connections with stakeholders at all levels within prospective organizations.
• Delivering Market Insights: Collecting and sharing valuable feedback from the Australian market with the product and leadership teams to influence product development and market strategy.
• Contributing to Sales Strategy Development: Testing and aiding in the creation of effective sales strategies and playbooks tailored for the Australian market.
• Monitoring and Reporting Progress: Keeping accurate records of sales activities and progress within our CRM system, Hubspot, to facilitate precise forecasting and performance analysis.
• Exceptional Drive and Resilience: You are highly results-oriented, persistent in overcoming challenges, and possess a strong self-starter attitude.
• Proven Relationship Building Skills: You naturally excel at establishing rapport and building trust with individuals at all levels.
• Excellent Communication Skills: You have exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, capable of articulating complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Strategic Thinker: You possess the ability to think strategically about market opportunities and develop effective methods for engaging potential partners.
• Adaptive and Growth-Oriented Mindset: You thrive in a fast-paced environment, are comfortable with uncertainty, and have a strong desire to learn and adapt swiftly.
• Nice to have: Experience in a fast-paced startup setting.
• Nice to have: Experience working with or selling to state or local government, as well as charities in Australia or having sold to providers offering care under the NDIS scheme.
• Competitive salary of AUD$120,000 - AUD$150,000 with an OTE/commission of 100% of base salary.
