Founders Associate Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Take ownership and lead specific short-term projects across essential functions, such as go-to-market strategy, enhancement of operational processes, and deployment of internal systems.

• Perform in-depth research and synthesize intricate data regarding market trends, competitive dynamics, and partnership evaluations to guide executive-level decision-making.

• Assist in synthesizing financial data, refining narratives for investor presentations, and ensuring effective cross-functional collaboration.

• Evaluate the operations of founders and the executive team to pinpoint bottlenecks and implement solutions that facilitate smoother decision-making and project transitions.

• Support founders on key elements of building ARCbuild.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a highly regarded university (preferably from Top-50 ranked institutions).

• Prior experience in consulting, investment banking, or a strategic role within a rapidly growing startup or scale-up.

• An entrepreneurial mindset, proactive demeanor, and a strong eagerness to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

• Demonstrated ability to manage projects independently and achieve measurable results.

• Must exhibit a proactive, self-starting attitude, able to anticipate needs and take initiative without constant oversight.

• Outstanding analytical skills and strategic problem-solving capabilities.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; discretion and professionalism are essential.

• Comfortable with remote work while maintaining high levels of productivity and responsiveness.
