This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ Provide comprehensive support to the founders and the leadership team in identifying and executing commercial initiatives that substantially enhance company growth.
β’ Independently manage and oversee strategically significant projects with an emphasis on Business Development, Sales Enablement, and process optimization.
β’ Serve as a central liaison between teams (e.g., Sales, Product, Customer Success) to ensure coordinated, goal-oriented activities.
β’ Monitor and evaluate relevant market trends and customer needs to support data-driven decision-making.
β’ Assist in formulating and refining go-to-market strategies and contribute to the expansion into new markets.
β’ Prepare compelling analyses, decision papers, and presentations for both internal and external stakeholders.
β’ Demonstrated experience in a similar position, ideally at a rapidly growing SaaS company or in management consulting β especially beneficial if your responsibilities were commercially oriented.
β’ Strong strategic thinking capabilities and the ability to drive projects from ideation to execution.
β’ Exceptional communication skills with the capacity to inspire and lead cross-functional teams.
β’ Eager to advance within a dynamic, fast-scaling organization and prepared to assume long-term responsibilities.
β’ Business-fluent English is essential.
β’ Native-level proficiency in German.
