Internship Founders Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Support the platform and the existing solution so we can collectively reach the next level.

• Help us position JYMMiN as a partner for major brands in the rehabilitation sector!

• Collaborate with the team, partners, investors, and musicians worldwide to refine and launch existing solutions.

• Take responsibility for strategically significant projects from ideation through prototyping to operational implementation and iteration.

• Contribute to optimizing key aspects of our value chain by continuously improving processes.

• Define and implement the business infrastructure to establish a foundation for strong growth.

• Work effectively with our scientific and business stakeholders.

• Analyze markets to identify customer and market-specific needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• You are studying or have already obtained a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, economics, or a comparable field.

• You may have some initial work experience, not necessarily in the typically demanding, fast-paced industries (e.g., consulting, investment banking, high-growth startups, etc.).

• You are proactive, thoughtful, and possess strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

• You are both analytical and pragmatic, with a keen attention to detail.

• You enjoy working independently and are not afraid to take on responsibility.

• You are fluent in German and English.
