This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ As a Founders Associate, you will collaborate closely with the executive team to enhance our internal operations, ensuring they are as efficient as the products we provide to our customers: you will spearhead AI integration and process automation across all departments.
β’ You will identify manual, repetitive processes in Sales, Customer Success, Operations, and Backoffice, transforming them into streamlined, automated workflows.
β’ You will design and implement AI-powered solutions (e.g., using Claude or similar tools) and make them accessible for teams in their daily activities.
β’ You will partner with management on strategic initiatives β from analysis and concept development to independent execution.
β’ You will thoroughly document processes, train colleagues on new tools, and establish best practices for AI implementation throughout the organization.
β’ You will assess the impact of your automation efforts, identify optimization opportunities, and prioritize subsequent actions based on their effectiveness.
β’ You will undertake additional cross-functional projects as agreed upon, stemming from the companyβs growth.
β’ You possess a completed degree (e.g., in Business, Computer Science, Natural Sciences) or an equivalent background.
β’ You have hands-on experience with AI applications and utilize them to enhance your daily productivity.
β’ You exhibit a strong affinity for automation and tools (e.g., n8n, Zapier/Make, APIs) or demonstrate a clear motivation to learn them swiftly β extensive programming skills are not necessary.
β’ You think analytically, work in a structured and independent manner, and are accountable for bringing projects to completion.
β’ You are a well-rounded generalist, easily transitioning between topics and proactively taking initiative.
β’ You have excellent German language skills (at least C1) and good English skills (at least B2), both written and spoken.
