This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Oversee recruitment processes, including interviews and relationships with recruiters.
• Assist with the onboarding of agencies, maintaining communication, and ensuring follow-ups.

• Arrange meetings, events, travel, and handle business logistics as needed.
• Aid in office setup, vendor management, and local operational tasks.
• Create reports, summaries, and presentations for executive leadership.
