This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.
• Lead the implementation of the CEO's most important initiatives, ensuring accountability and measurable outcomes.
• Assume responsibility for multiple critical projects and deliver business value through the development, optimization, and maintenance of processes and products.
• Discover new growth and revenue prospects in existing and adjacent markets, constructing business cases and spearheading initiatives—from new product introductions to market expansion and operational transformation efforts.
• Assist in the design of new investment products, taking charge of project leadership and execution with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Support M&A activities from target identification through due diligence, deal execution, and post-merger integration.
• Propel business development by identifying, assessing, and negotiating strategic partnerships and commercial relationships.
• Create and refine scalable processes to accommodate rapid growth, identify obstacles, and facilitate swift and effective resolutions.
• Craft compelling narratives for both internal and external stakeholders, including materials for the board, investor presentations, and executive communications.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and leadership team, providing valuable insights on operations and strategic opportunities.
• Connect various teams, including CEO, CFO, structuring, investment, investment operations, tech, and sales, fostering alignment and coordination through the design and launch of new financial products, while streamlining decision-making to address issues and keep teams moving forward.
• 4+ years of experience at a prestigious investment bank, management consulting firm (such as McKinsey, Bain, BCG, etc.), private equity fund, or similar high-caliber institution.
• Proven record of exceptional accomplishments with strong analytical skills and the ability to distill complex information into clear, persuasive narratives for C-suite and board audiences.
• Strategic mindset and cross-functional collaboration: Demonstrated capability to drive initiatives, identify opportunities, and unite diverse teams to solve problems in dynamic environments.
• Proactive approach with an ownership mindset: Show initiative, foresee challenges, and take full responsibility for outcomes.
• Flexibility and a "can-do" attitude: Adapt quickly, perform well under pressure, and produce high-quality work within tight deadlines.
• Team-oriented with a straightforward communication style: Low ego, high output; comfortable with open feedback and views challenges as opportunities for growth.
• MBA or advanced degree; experience collaborating directly with CEOs/C-Suite; background in fintech, financial services, private markets, or technology; M&A or business development experience.
