This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Lead Management: Engage and qualify incoming leads utilizing CRM tools and structured qualification methodologies.
• Initial Conversations: Conduct 15-30 minute phone discussions to effectively determine the qualification status of leads.
• Proposal Meetings: Facilitate 30-minute Google Meet sessions where offers are crafted live during the conversations.
• Onboarding Handoff: Ensure seamless transitions to the onboarding team through kickoff calls that include onboarding experts and clients.
• Daily Pipeline Reviews: Partner with Co-Founder Richard for daily analysis of the pipeline and refinement of strategies.
• Process Documentation: Develop and maintain sales processes and playbooks to support scalable growth.
• CRM Development: Actively participate in enhancing and shaping the internal CRM system.
• Sales Experience: 2-3 years of sales experience across at least two different roles or companies.
• Communication Excellence: Exceptional phone communication skills with the ability to establish rapport and lead conversations in German.
• Self-Starter Mentality: High level of initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving and execution.
• Industry Interest: Genuine enthusiasm for B2B SaaS, FinTech, or AI products and technologies.
• Results-Oriented: Strong focus on closing deals and an energetic communication style that drives results.
