This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Develop and operate Relay, Bifrost's validation and outbound studio.
• Oversee live validation sprints for founders within the portfolio.
• Systematize and automate various processes.
• Produce documented playbooks for client interactions.
• Expand operations by recruiting and managing teams.
• Create an AI stack and automate workflows.
• Establish a repeatable and increasingly automated sales process.
• Capability to engage a stranger over the phone and convert them into a booked, qualified meeting.
• An instinct for developing systems that enable an individual to accomplish the work of a team.
• A driven closer ready to take charge.
• Proven sales leadership experience across multiple companies.
• A natural at building automation.
• Up-to-date knowledge of effective strategies for 2026.
• Familiarity with AI and contemporary outbound tools.
• A builder at heart, not merely a seller.
• An entrepreneurial mindset.
• Proficiency in Nordic languages and English, with additional languages being advantageous.
• Target earnings of approximately €100k in the first year, with no cap.
• A pre-validated business model.
