This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +3 more states.
• Develop, implement, and utilize processes and tools that facilitate the sales lifecycle, encompassing pricing, orders, invoicing, opportunity assessment, field inventory management, and sales pipeline analytics and forecasting.
• Report on and analyze order pipeline, bookings, revenue forecasting, revenue reporting, sales productivity, and goal achievement.
• Maintain and enhance sales force automation systems, product/service costing models, and margin management tools to oversee and manage revenue and expenses.
• Design and implement aspects of sales forecasting, analytics, metrics, quotes and pricing, order management, invoicing, and operations-support processes and tools.
• Assess sales operations processes and activities using relevant analytics, standards, and metrics.
• Review evaluation outcomes, identify trends and issues, conduct analysis, develop improvement recommendations, and monitor the effectiveness of changes.
• Communicate analysis of process and tool issues to stakeholders.
• Implement designated process or tool modifications to enhance performance and efficiency.
• Provide analytical insights and limited project direction as a knowledgeable team member.
• Assess unique situations and offer recommendations.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field.
• Generally, 5+ years of experience in analytics, sales enablement, and sales planning.
• Preferred experience with SFDC.
• Preferred experience with Anaplan.
• Preferred experience with Oracle.
• Preferred experience with PowerBI.
• Preferred experience with SAP.
• Preferred experience in collaboration with Sales.
• Experience in implementing policies, processes, and analytical methods that support sales activities.
• Possess analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of business operations and sales processes and practices.
• Knowledge of forecasting and planning methodologies for resource deployment and activities.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in English and the local language.
