DevOps Engineer – SRE

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop and enhance CI/CD pipelines

• Automate the provisioning and configuration of infrastructure

• Oversee multiple development, staging, and production environments

• Create branch and release strategies for teams operating simultaneously

• Implement observability through logs, metrics, traces, and alerts

• Automate the processes for database migration

• Define and validate rollback strategies

• Assist with releases and go-live activities

• Automate repetitive tasks to prevent incidents

• Contribute to the security of the pipeline and effective management of secrets

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience with CI/CD, containers, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

• Management experience with multiple development, staging, and production environments

• Knowledge of branch and release strategies

• Expertise in automating infrastructure and operational processes

• Proficiency with logs, metrics, and traces

• Experience in monitoring and generating actionable alerts

• Skills in troubleshooting various environments

• Familiarity with reliability practices and incident prevention

• Automation experience for database migrations

• Competence in defining rollback strategies

• Validation and testing of recovery procedures

• Support experience for deployment and go-live processes

• Awareness of pipeline security

• Management of secrets and credentials

• Knowledge of best practices to safeguard delivery processes

• Bachelor's degree or a technologist diploma
