Forward Deployed Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop innovative, ground-up capabilities in collaboration with customers, encompassing the entire process.

• Engage directly with users on-site to identify and understand their challenges.

• Collaborate with product managers and designers to define, design, and implement new products and prototypes.

• Create and deliver functional, customer-oriented prototypes.

• Identify and resolve significant gaps in prototypes based on user insights.

• Conduct visits to customer locations to assess and comprehend their difficulties.

• Participate in the comprehensive development of new features and functionalities.

• Quickly iterate to enhance customer value step by step.

• Produce clean, testable, and maintainable code.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.

• Over 1 year of experience in front-end or back-end development (SQL, Java, and/or TypeScript/React).

• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

• Strong motivation to thrive in a demanding, fast-paced technology setting.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

• Possession of an active U.S. security clearance, or the ability to obtain one with sponsorship.

• Experience in a startup or entrepreneurial environment.

• Familiarity with working in a federally accredited software setting.

• Background in a customer-facing or consulting position.
