Forward Deployed Product Manager – Digital Business Consulting, Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Collect and clarify business requirements during project implementations

• Convert unclear workflows into structured requirements, user stories, and briefs

• Develop prototypes for flows, prompts, and lightweight solutions to quickly validate direction

• Collaborate with Technical Account Managers to ensure ongoing implementation progress

• Work in close coordination with implementation engineers to enhance in-market solutions

• Recognize recurring workflow patterns and integrate them back into the core product

• Record decisions, edge cases, and changes in processes

• Assist in discovery, solution design, and handoff across various deployments

• Connect product, delivery, and implementation teams during the rollout phase

• Contribute to defining workflows, prototyping solutions, and influencing agent behavior in practical applications

⛳️ Requirements

• Early-career product management experience, typically around 1–2 years in a dedicated product management role

• Authentic product management experience rather than rebranded project management

• Proficiency in prototyping with AI tools such as Claude Code or agent-building frameworks

• Understanding of agent construction and data transfer processes

• Comfort in building prototypes through prompting and lightweight coding tools

• A formal engineering background is not mandatory

• Ability to convert client challenges into software configuration solutions within a limited product environment

• Willingness to engage in workshops and cross-functional client interactions

• Capability to establish structure in ambiguous situations

• Strong decision-making skills with incomplete information

• High sense of ownership and proactive approach

• Exceptional communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Background in product management, business analysis, solutions consulting, forward-deployed, or implementation roles

• Familiarity with prototyping, prompting, and workflow design

• Likely experience in startup, SaaS, or technical services settings

• Must be located in Latin America, as specified by the application question
