Forward Deployed Engineer – Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Take complete responsibility for the end-to-end execution of significant projects for strategic partners.

• Engage directly to provide impactful solutions.

• Collaborate on a daily basis with the engineering and executive teams of customers.

• Provide guidance to customers on the optimal utilization of ElevenLabs’ technologies.

• Create customized technical solutions for key customers.

• Conceptualize technical architectures and product features.

• Develop comprehensive integrations.

• Employ coding and technical expertise to address complex customer challenges.

• Experience interacting with customers, including through student organizations or personal projects.

• Passion for working closely with customers in a technical role.

• Proficient in Python.

• Strong understanding of software development principles.

• In-depth knowledge of software development processes.

• Comprehensive grasp of software architecture.

• Experience with API integrations.

• Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to distill complex technical information.

• Skill in using logic to seek optimal solutions.
