Forward Deployed Engineer – Internal Products

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Identify opportunities for new products and growth.

• Develop MVPs, prototypes, and proofs of concept.

• Initiate pilot programs with customers and partners.

• Leverage AI to enhance healthcare workflows.

• Formulate business cases and go-to-market strategies.

• Validate concepts prior to significant investment.

• Collaborate directly with executives and cross-functional teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years in product management, engineering, or technical operations.

• Experience in healthcare, healthtech, payers, or providers.

• Background in product launches, MVPs, or pilot projects.

• Proficiency in Git and familiarity with the software development life cycle (SDLC).

• Extensive experience with AI coding tools.

• Must possess U.S. work authorization.

• Capable of passing a background check.
