This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver technical expertise in the post-sales customer experience for Immuware clients.
• Facilitate regular technical working sessions with customers.
• Configure, script, and develop code to address customer requirements, including workflows, rules, fields, user and role management, reports, data corrections, integrations, and minor platform modifications.
• Convert Employee Health requirements, OSHA regulations, state-specific immunization mandates, and credentialing workflows into Immuware solutions.
• Evaluate requirements and choose the simplest solution that addresses the core issue.
• Document solution designs in Notion and update ongoing items in Jira.
• Transform ad-hoc fixes into reusable templates, decision trees, or product enhancements.
• Assess new module or record-type additions necessitating a Letter of Work or ARR adjustment to Customer Success Managers and Professional Services.
• Act as the technical liaison to Customer Success Managers during customer calls.
• Conduct customer education, workflow-specific demonstrations, and retraining sessions.
• Cultivate relationships with customer power users and technical contacts.
• Identify configuration gaps or risks before escalation.
• Stay informed about assigned customer environments, histories, and forthcoming needs.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams, including submitting pull requests, co-developing fixes, and diagnosing codebase issues.
• Analyze patterns across customers and relay regulatory gaps and workflow limitations to the Product team.
• Contribute configurations, decision trees, scripts, and workarounds to the internal knowledge repository.
• Resolve issues when possible and provide clean, development-ready tickets when necessary.
• Detect bugs or system issues and collaborate with development for root-cause analysis and solutions.
• Compose clear bug reports and feature requests.
• Differentiate between issues resolved directly, through support tickets, or via product modifications.
• Manage multiple simultaneous healthcare customer engagements and contribute reusable playbooks and tools.
• 5+ years in a technical, customer-facing position such as solutions engineer, implementation consultant, technical account manager, or forward-deployed engineer.
• 4–5 years of experience with Azure, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and management of Azure SQL databases.
• 2–3+ years of experience using Notion and Jira.
• Proficient in C#.
• Comfortable reading a codebase, debugging, and writing scripts or small features.
• Proven track record of building on SaaS platforms, including complex workflows, rules, forms, reports, integrations, or role and permission structures.
• Ability to identify enterprise customer challenges, outline potential issues, and take ownership of solution outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to lead technical working sessions with non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage delays, bugs, and scope changes while maintaining customer trust.
• Experience in scoping issues, identifying root causes, and proposing solutions for enterprise clients.
• Ability to navigate the implementation of solutions for smaller accounts.
• Comfort in working without a playbook and adapting to evolving policies and regulations.
• Experience in writing clear, well-defined bug reports and feature requests.
• Preferred: experience in healthcare IT, Employee Health, or occupational health.
• Preferred: familiarity with immunization tracking, credentialing workflows, OSHA, and state health reporting requirements.
• Preferred: experience with APIs and integrations, SQL, or scripting for data analysis and resolutions.
• Preferred: prior experience with Immuware or similar platforms such as Tyto Care, Equifax I-9, or Symplr.
