📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with clients to design, construct, and implement AI-driven systems in live production settings.

• Engage with frontend, backend, and infrastructure components.

• Take ownership of challenges from initial requirements through to production deployment.

• Create AI-native interfaces and workflows.

• Integrate systems powered by LLM technologies.

• Develop real-time applications that link software with physical operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years experience as a Forward Deployed Engineer, software engineer, ML engineer, or in a similar role.

• Previous experience in a startup environment is preferred.

• Background as a founder or founding engineer is an advantage.

• Proven experience in developing AI-native applications, such as chatbot/conversational interfaces, agentic workflows, and RAG systems.

• Strong grasp of frontend system architecture, encompassing state management, performance enhancement, caching, and rendering techniques.

• Comprehensive understanding of backend and infrastructure systems, including APIs, data flow, authentication/authorization, and secure data management.

• Capability to debug, design, and collaborate across frontend, backend, and infrastructure layers.

• Practical experience in building production-level LLM systems, including RAG pipelines, agent orchestration, embeddings/vector search, and prompt engineering.

• Solid understanding of the trade-offs related to latency, cost, hallucinations, and reliability.

• Ability to manage problems and systems comprehensively, from problem identification to design, implementation, and production.

• Strong foundational knowledge in computer science and software engineering principles.

• Experience in client-facing or high-responsibility roles is a plus.
