This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design and implement agents and multi-step workflows utilizing Glean, Claude, and various GPT platforms.
• Utilize AI solution patterns such as retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), workflow orchestration, agent-assisted processes, model integration, API-driven automation, and human-in-the-loop reviews.
• Establish connections to gather data from enterprise systems including Salesforce, ServiceNow, SharePoint/Teams, email, and internal APIs.
• Enhance platform functionalities through MCP-based integrations and context-aware workflows that increase the effectiveness and scope of AI solutions.
• Develop custom services and integrations, encompassing REST APIs and webhooks.
• Guarantee that solutions are secure, dependable, observable, and align with enterprise standards.
• Generate reusable templates, components, and solution patterns applicable across teams and various use cases.
• Actively identify pain points within business workflows and innovate solutions by leveraging cutting-edge technology to drive impact.
• Swiftly prototype, validate with actual users, and refine MVPs into scalable, production-ready solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize high-impact use cases based on business value, feasibility, risk, and repeatability.
• Assess and communicate the value of delivered solutions, including time savings, error reduction, adoption rates, reliability, and operational performance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or Data and Analytics.
• Experience in technical roles such as Forward Deployed Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Integration Engineer, Automation Engineer, or similar positions with direct stakeholder involvement.
• Proven experience in designing or supporting AI-enabled solutions in production settings, including prompting and system design, agent development, and workflow configuration.
• Familiarity with evaluation methods such as test sets, quality metrics, and iterative improvement processes.
• Working knowledge of AI solution patterns including retrieval-augmented generation, orchestration, model integration, vector-backed retrieval, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Ability to configure existing connectors for data access as needed.
• Experience in integrating enterprise applications through APIs, webhooks, automation tools, or lightweight services.
• Understanding of observability, monitoring, governance, guardrails, and responsible AI controls within enterprise contexts.
