Forward Deployed Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.

📋 Description

• As a member of the Professional Service team, you will be involved in identifying and resolving customer challenges from the pre-sales stage. Additionally, you will collaborate with customers to develop products, maximizing the success probability of existing projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates must meet at least one of the following criteria:

• Fundamental knowledge and experience in computer science

• Experience in developing AI-native products using LLM

• Experience in agile development or project management (Scrum / Kanban)

• Proficient technical communication skills in Japanese (native level)

• Able to work in the office primarily
