Consulting Engineer, Protection & Control

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Project Engineering Lead

• Develop the scope of work and conceptual designs

• Offer guidance and mentorship to the engineering and design team

• Conduct quality assurance reviews

• Plan, organize, estimate, schedule, coordinate, and monitor work activities

• Maintain a strong focus on client relations and customer service

• Develop proposals

• Exhibit excellent communication skills

• Design protection and control systems including one-line diagrams, three-line diagrams, AC and DC schematics, panel arrangements, equipment wiring, and relay panel wiring

• Perform relay settings and protection analysis

• Complete assigned project areas within the Project Engineering Team

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited program

• Professional Engineering Licensure (PE) is mandatory

• At least twenty (20) years of experience in the electric utility industry

• Proven ability to fulfill role responsibilities
