📋 Description

• Delivers remote technical support and services related to hardware and software for both external customers and internal field staff.

• Diagnoses issues with customer applications while providing consulting and educational services.

• Emphasizes the repair or refurbishment of intricate instruments, systems, and solutions.

• A Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent qualification.

• Post-graduate education, certification, and/or a license may be necessary.

• Generally, a minimum of 1-2+ years of relevant experience is required.
