This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate directly with sales execution to define complex integration projects. You will bridge the gap between a client's business goals and their technology ecosystem by thoroughly exploring detailed developer documentation.
• Create custom n8n flows, direct API integrations, webhook endpoints, and middleware configurations for accounts that do not fit standard templates. You should be adaptable to a wide range of technologies where no two implementations are identical.
• Take ownership of technically intricate onboardings from start to finish: handling CRMs without a Hatch connector, orchestrating multi-system integrations, developing custom business logic, managing event-based triggers, and anything that necessitates coding.
• Quality assure and test all implementations prior to launch; take charge of monitoring and iterating post-launch. Keep track of what you deliver and identify any issues you created before the customer notices.
• Set and uphold best practices across enterprise SaaS implementations. Develop reusable architecture patterns and templates for common scenarios so that the team avoids redundant problem-solving.
• Serve as the field-side advocate for R&D. Recognize recurring custom integration requests and present reproducible patterns to Product with a strong perspective on what should be developed natively.
• Function as a primary technical consultant for our clients. This includes conducting in-person visits to assess their business requirements, presenting architectural solutions, and ensuring successful deployment.
• Several years of experience in a comparable client-facing position, including 1-4 years of software engineering experience, preferably with a background in consulting.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate a diverse technology ecosystem.
• Comfortable engaging with comprehensive developer documentation to create custom middleware (such as n8n flows).
• Eager to transition into a dynamic, client-facing role and tackle complex, high-impact business challenges directly with clients.
• Excellent communication skills with both business and technical audiences.
• Comprehensive medical, vision, and dental coverage.
• Mental health support and services provided through Modern Health.
• 15 days of paid time off (accrual starts on the hire date and increases after 2+ years of service), along with 12 paid holidays and one floating holiday.
• Up to 14 weeks of parental leave.
• Monthly wellness stipend.
• 401(k) retirement savings plan.
• Employee stock purchase plan.
• Reimbursement for professional development.
• Work from home reimbursement.
