Forward Deployed Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Customer-Facing Engineering – Collaborate closely with clients from the onboarding phase through ongoing usage, assisting them in integrating and enhancing our AI solutions.

• Technical Development – Create new features, minimum viable products (MVPs), and scalable solutions that significantly influence customer outcomes.

• Full-Stack Development – Employ React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Python to build robust applications and tools.

• AI/ML Applications – Design, implement, and refine AI/ML solutions, including LLM prompting, voice tuning, and transcribers to optimize various use cases.

• Integration & APIs – Oversee APIs and integrations with third-party systems to ensure seamless functionality for our clients.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work alongside Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to provide customized solutions.

• Iterative Problem-Solving – Continuously enhance AI solutions based on customer feedback and changing requirements.

• Project Management – Prioritize and oversee multiple projects under tight deadlines while ensuring high-quality results.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong full-stack experience: React, TypeScript, Node.js.

• Proficient in Python.

• Experience in developing AI/ML applications, including LLM prompting and tuning.

• Capability to manage APIs and integrate with third-party systems.

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
