Forward Deployed Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create customer-facing applications, workflows, and product features that address genuine enterprise challenges.

• Design AI-powered automations and integrations for both customers and internal teams.

• Prototype and deliver comprehensive solutions that can advance into essential product functionalities.

• Collaborate directly with enterprise clients to comprehend their needs and facilitate successful implementations.

• Develop and sustain integrations with APIs, webhooks, identity providers, SIEM/SOAR platforms, and other enterprise systems.

• Diagnose authentication and enterprise integration challenges (OAuth, SAML, SCIM, etc.).

• Manage multiple customer projects concurrently, coordinating efforts across engineering, product, and customer-facing teams.

• Convert customer insights into scalable product enhancements.

• Create internal tools that expedite onboarding, deployment, and operational processes.

• Generate and uphold documentation, dashboards, and best practices for customer deployments and integrations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Robust software engineering experience with a background in developing production applications (Python preferred).

• Knowledge of AI application development, LLM APIs, or workflow automation is highly advantageous.

• Proficient in directly engaging with enterprise and non-technical customers to resolve technical issues.

• Solid understanding of enterprise authentication and integrations (OAuth, SAML, SCIM, webhooks, REST APIs).

• Demonstrated capability to handle multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.

• Outstanding communication and organizational skills, with the ability to connect technical and non-technical teams.

• Product-focused, highly independent, and comfortable working in a dynamic startup atmosphere.
