Forward Deployed Engineer – AI, Business Transformation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Analyze and map current workflows from start to finish, identifying operational challenges.

• Reengineer target operations utilizing AI to enhance collaboration between humans and agents.

• Develop operating models that define organizational structure, responsibilities, governance, interactions, and value achievement.

• Set performance benchmarks and create measurement frameworks.

• Identify value gaps in stalled projects and devise strategies to restore ROI pathways.

• Create AI-driven prototypes using LLM APIs, platform-native features, and low-code/no-code environments.

• Leverage working demos and prototypes to ensure stakeholder alignment within client processes.

• Assess practical AI applications and provide clients with realistic expectations.

• Facilitate the implementation of tools and workflows through effective process design and change management.

• Develop enablement materials that link technology implementations to operational models.

• Assist in scoping engagements and conducting diagnostic assessments for value capture, preparedness for implementation, and adoption strategies.

• Contribute to reusable frameworks and tools that enhance practice qualification and scoping.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5 to 10 years of experience in management consulting or similar roles in enterprise technology, SaaS, or professional services.

• Proven expertise in at least two of the following areas: organizational design, operating model transformation, change management, technology enablement, process engineering, or go-to-market strategies.

• A successful history of crafting structured, evidence-based arguments that influence and align senior stakeholders.

• Practical experience in developing functional AI-powered workflows, automations, and prototypes.

• Capability to quickly scope and create a functioning proof of concept during client engagements.

• Ability to work independently without a designated engineering team.

• Strong analytical mindset focused on identifying root causes and inefficiencies in processes.

• Commitment to delivering measurable outcomes and demonstrating impact.

• Ability to work in a forward-deployed role alongside client engineers, product leaders, and operators.

• Experience in conducting large-scale organizational assessments, process redesigns, or extensive technology rollouts is highly preferred.
