Forward Deployed Engineer – Agents

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete execution of AI agent deployments, spanning from discovery and scoping to launch and optimization.

• Set up agent workflows, decision-making logic, and automation processes to enhance accuracy, reliability, and business results.

• Establish guardrails and validation frameworks to guarantee safe, compliant, and predictable agent performance.

• Develop, test, and validate integrations with enterprise systems such as CRM, ticketing, telephony, and data platforms.

• Collaborate with customer technical stakeholders to define success metrics, gather requirements, and adhere to timelines.

• Convert customer requirements into clear implementation strategies and documentation.

• Maintain close feedback loops with Engineering and Product teams to enhance platform capabilities.

• Work in partnership with Product, Engineering, Design, and GTM teams to deliver consistent, top-tier deployments.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years in a technical customer-facing position (Solutions Engineering, Forward Deployed Engineering, Implementation Engineering, Technical Consulting, Technical Project Management, or a similar role).

• A robust technical background - proficient in coding, working with APIs, and building integrations from start to finish.

• Experience in delivering production-grade enterprise solutions that involve testing, validation, and iteration.

• Ability to engage with senior technical stakeholders and convert requirements into actionable execution plans.

• Comfortable navigating fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

• Willingness to work during EST hours (3:30 AM IST).
