Forward Deployed Engineer – Advertising

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Uruguay.

📋 Description

• Collaborate directly with enterprise clients to comprehend their business objectives, operational challenges, and priorities for AI transformation.

• Work alongside sales teams throughout the entire customer journey, from initial discovery and product demonstrations to deployment and adoption.

• Facilitate technical discovery sessions, solution workshops, and presentations for executives.

• Create practical AI-driven solutions that effectively tackle real-world business issues.

• Convert customer requirements into scalable, production-ready architectural solutions.

• Develop AI use cases, workflows, and business scenarios tailored to specific customers.

• Design, validate, and implement proof of concepts, pilot programs, and ready-to-use solutions.

• Set up, optimize, and operationalize AI solutions within the customer’s operational environment.

• Oversee enterprise AI implementations from the initial discovery phase through to deployment and operational integration.

• Conduct technical workshops, implementation planning, onboarding, testing, and rollout activities.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to guarantee successful project delivery and client adoption.

• Analyze customer business processes, data flows, and operational needs to create AI-enabled workflows.

• Assist with data integrations, solution setups, and workflow enhancements.

• Identify opportunities to enhance business processes through AI, automation, analytics, and data-informed decision-making.

• Address technical problems, workflow difficulties, and barriers to adoption.

• Guide clients from pilot projects to large-scale AI implementations.

• Balance technical limitations, business objectives, and customer goals to achieve measurable results.

• Contribute to the development of reusable implementation frameworks, playbooks, best practices, and deployment strategies.

• Provide insights from customers that may shape product strategies and future developments in AI solutions.

• Foster long-term customer success through ongoing improvement and knowledge sharing.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, AI Consulting, Enterprise Software, Digital Transformation, or comparable customer-facing technical roles.

• Proven expertise working directly with enterprise clients in complex technological settings.

• Strong capability to translate business challenges into scalable, deployed technological solutions.

• Experience leading discovery sessions, technical workshops, solution design, onboarding, and implementation projects.

• Practical experience in executing customer deployments, proof of concepts, pilot programs, and production rollouts.

• Comprehensive understanding of enterprise data ecosystems, customer data platforms, analytics platforms, identity resolution, audience intelligence, and contemporary marketing technologies.

• Experience in business process analysis, workflow design, data mapping, and solution configuration.

• Excellent communication skills with the capacity to engage both executive and technical stakeholders effectively.

• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

• Ability to excel in fast-paced, uncertain environments while maintaining a high level of ownership.

• Demonstrated experience in driving initiatives from concept to implementation and operational success.
