Forward Deployed Engineer – Advertising

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with enterprise clients to comprehend their business objectives, operational hurdles, and priorities for AI transformation.

• Work alongside sales teams throughout the customer journey, from initial discovery and demonstrations to deployment and ongoing adoption.

• Conduct technical discovery sessions, facilitate solution workshops, and deliver executive presentations.

• Create effective AI-driven solutions that tackle genuine business issues.

• Convert customer requirements into robust, production-ready solution architectures.

• Develop AI use cases, workflows, and business scenarios tailored to specific customer needs.

• Design, validate, and present proof of concepts, pilot programs, and fully operational solutions.

• Configure, optimize, and implement AI solutions within client environments.

• Oversee enterprise AI implementations from initial discovery through to deployment and operational integration.

• Lead technical workshops, implementation planning, onboarding, testing, and rollout activities.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to guarantee successful delivery and customer engagement.

• Map customer business processes, data flows, and operational needs into AI-enhanced workflows.

• Assist with data integrations, solution configurations, and workflow optimizations.

• Identify opportunities to enhance business processes through AI, automation, analytics, and data-driven decision-making.

• Address technical issues, workflow obstacles, and challenges in adoption.

• Transition customers from pilot projects to enterprise-level AI implementations.

• Balance technical limitations, business priorities, and customer goals to achieve measurable results.

• Contribute to reusable implementation frameworks, playbooks, best practices, and deployment methodologies.

• Offer customer insights that shape product strategy and future AI solution development.

• Foster long-term customer success through ongoing improvement and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, AI Consulting, Enterprise Software, Digital Transformation, or related customer-facing technical roles.

• Demonstrated experience working directly with enterprise clients in complex technology environments.

• Strong capacity to convert business challenges into scalable, implemented technology solutions.

• Experience in leading discovery sessions, technical workshops, solution design, onboarding, and implementation initiatives.

• Practical experience in delivering customer deployments, proof of concepts, pilot programs, and production rollouts.

• Deep understanding of enterprise data ecosystems, customer data platforms, analytics platforms, identity resolution, audience intelligence, and contemporary marketing technologies.

• Experience in business process analysis, workflow design, data mapping, and solution configuration.

• Excellent communication abilities to engage both executive and technical stakeholders.

• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

• Ability to excel in fast-paced, ambiguous environments while maintaining a high level of ownership.

• Proven track record of driving initiatives from concept to implementation and operational success.
