Forward Deployed Engineer – Advertising

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Dominican Republic.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with enterprise clients to identify their business objectives, operational challenges, and priorities for AI transformation.

• Work alongside sales teams throughout the entire customer journey, from initial discovery and demonstrations to deployment and ongoing adoption.

• Facilitate technical discovery sessions, solution workshops, and presentations for executives.

• Create effective AI-driven solutions that tackle genuine business issues.

• Convert customer needs into scalable, production-ready architectural solutions.

• Develop AI use cases, workflows, and business scenarios tailored to individual customers.

• Design, validate, and implement proof of concepts, pilot programs, and production-ready solutions.

• Set up, optimize, and operationalize AI solutions within customer settings.

• Lead the implementation of enterprise AI initiatives from initial discovery to successful deployment and operational adoption.

• Conduct technical workshops, implementation planning, onboarding, testing, and rollout processes.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure effective delivery and customer adoption.

• Translate customer business processes, data flows, and operational requirements into AI-enabled workflows.

• Assist with data integrations, solution configuration, and workflow enhancements.

• Identify avenues for improving business processes through AI, automation, analytics, and data-informed decision-making.

• Resolve technical issues, workflow obstacles, and challenges related to adoption.

• Guide customers from pilot projects to large-scale AI deployments.

• Balance technical limitations, business goals, and customer expectations to achieve measurable results.

• Contribute to reusable implementation frameworks, playbooks, best practices, and deployment methodologies.

• Offer customer insights that shape product strategy and future AI solution development.

• Foster long-term customer success through ongoing improvement and knowledge sharing.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, AI Consulting, Enterprise Software, Digital Transformation, or comparable customer-facing technical roles.

• Demonstrated experience working directly with enterprise clients in intricate technology environments.

• Strong aptitude for converting business challenges into scalable, deployed technology solutions.

• Experience in leading discovery sessions, technical workshops, solution design, onboarding, and implementation efforts.

• Practical experience in executing customer deployments, proof of concepts, pilot programs, and production rollouts.

• In-depth knowledge of enterprise data ecosystems, customer data platforms, analytics platforms, identity resolution, audience intelligence, and contemporary marketing technologies.

• Experience in business process analysis, workflow design, data mapping, and solution configuration.

• Excellent communication abilities, capable of engaging both executive and technical stakeholders.

• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving capabilities, and decision-making acumen.

• Ability to excel in fast-paced, uncertain environments while maintaining a high level of ownership.

• Proven experience in steering initiatives from concept to implementation and operational success.
