Forward Deployed Data Solution Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Embed within delivery teams throughout engagements rather than positioning alongside them.

• Participate in design and development meetings, evaluating technical decisions as they unfold.

• Continuously evaluate whether the constructed solutions adhere to Accelerant's architectural principles.

• Suggest improved methodologies and assist the team in implementing them where established patterns are absent.

• Make informed technical decisions promptly based on the information at hand.

• Review capabilities developed by business users and establish a clear pathway to production.

• Design and validate integration frameworks between enterprise systems and data platforms.

• Collaborate with the Data Office to guarantee the accuracy and accessibility of data products.

• Record technical decisions and ensure that architectural decision records are well-documented and accessible.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms, especially Azure and AWS.

• Proficient in API design and integration methodologies, including REST and event-driven architectures.

• Understand data product concepts, including lineage, ownership, and what it entails to describe data at its source.

• Practical experience with at least one AI development framework is essential.

• Familiarity with enterprise SaaS platforms, particularly within the finance, operations, or insurance sectors.

• Relevant experience with D365, Salesforce, or equivalent platforms is valuable.

• Ability to communicate effectively with both engineers and business stakeholders.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and addressing undefined challenges.
