Forward Deployed Consultant – Asia

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Cultivate deep, long-lasting relationships with customers to comprehend their evolving business challenges, objectives, and go-to-market strategies.

• Convert customer issues into well-defined internal projects, collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to implement effective solutions.

• Serve as the customer's strategic representative internally, ensuring their requirements influence our roadmap and priorities.

• Create and deliver recommendations to customer stakeholders, presenting insights in terms of business results and value achievement.

• Spot opportunities to enhance customer engagement and increase platform adoption based on their changing needs.

• Work alongside Account Management and Data teams to guarantee a seamless transition from launch to sustained engagement.

• Approach ambiguous challenges with a consulting mindset — structure the inquiry, gather appropriate inputs, and provide a clear recommendation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years in management consulting, client advisory, or a strategic customer-facing position in MBB is preferred.

• Strong business insight with the capability to grasp complex go-to-market motions and align customer challenges with strategic solutions.

• Exceptional stakeholder management skills — comfortable presenting to senior leaders and navigating intricate organizations.

• Highly analytical — adept at exploring data, recognizing patterns, and employing quantitative insights to clarify ambiguous issues, outline projects, and convey clear recommendations.

• Familiarity with B2B SaaS, marketing, sales operations, or revenue analytics is a significant advantage.

• Ownership-first mindset — proactive, fast-moving, and adept at problem-solving.

• Flourish in early-stage, high-urgency environments where speed and impact are crucial.
