📋 Description

• Identify and document transformative workflows with high impact within the daily activities of marketers.

• Develop tailored tools, agents, automations, and skills that align with marketers' duties.

• Mentor and collaborate with marketers from the initial stages of AI awareness to continuous integration, workflow enhancement, and achieving self-sufficiency.

• Instruct marketers on constructing and refining their own tools.

• Detect patterns across different cohorts and replicate successful solutions for broader application.

• Create documentation for tools, playbooks, and transformation methodologies for the FDA team.

• Communicate successes to cohorts and leadership.

• Monitor both individual and cohort advancement against a specified maturity model.

• Equip marketers with the skills to design, build, and manage autonomous multi-agent workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional experience in a role that demands diagnostic thinking, problem-solving skills, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Proven, hands-on experience in creating and implementing AI-driven agents, tools, automations, or workflows utilized by actual users in their work environments.

• Expertise in AI development tools and platforms, including Claude Code, Codex, custom agent frameworks, API integrations, and workflow automation tools.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, including the skill to clarify technical concepts to non-technical audiences and tailor communication styles for diverse learners.

• Capability to manage multiple workstreams and relationships concurrently while supporting 25 to 45 marketers.

• A history of coaching, teaching, or empowering others, with proof that individuals modified their work practices.

• Background in marketing, marketing operations, growth, or a closely related field is preferred.

• Familiarity with marketing technology stacks such as Marketo, Salesforce, analytics platforms, and content management systems is preferred.

• Experience in formal AI transformation initiatives is preferred.
