Forma Implementation Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete implementation, training, and consulting projects from start to finish

• Collaborate with clients to evaluate workflows in planning, design, construction, and operations

• Assist clients in harmonizing their digital workflows

• Tailor workflows according to client specifications

• Provide role-specific training for stakeholders

• Mentor teams in adopting digital workflows

• Convey implementation feedback to product teams

⛳️ Requirements

• More than 5 years of experience in the AEC sector

• Knowledge of the entire building lifecycle

• Proven experience in leading software implementations, workflow transformations, training, or consulting projects

• Basic understanding of SaaS technologies

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities

• Willingness to travel up to 50%
