Forex Affiliate Manager – LATAM Market

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates, Introducing Brokers (IBs), and strategic partners within the LATAM markets.

• Cultivate and sustain robust, long-term relationships with current affiliates and business partners.

• Oversee affiliate programs, promotional campaigns, and ongoing partner activities.

• Provide ongoing support to affiliates, addressing account-related inquiries and operational challenges.

• Discover and negotiate commercial opportunities with affiliate networks, traffic providers, and other acquisition partners.

• Negotiate new partnership agreements and handle the renewal of existing commercial contracts.

• Prepare partnership proposals and evaluate potential return on investment for affiliate campaigns.

• Monitor affiliate activities to identify fraudulent behavior, policy violations, and non-compliant marketing practices.

• Analyze campaign performance, sales reports, conversion metrics, and traffic data to enhance affiliate results.

• Recognize opportunities to boost partner performance, customer acquisition, and overall program profitability.

• Research market trends, geographic opportunities, and audience demographics throughout Latin America.

• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to create promotional assets, such as landing pages, banners, teasers, and campaign materials.

• Prepare marketing briefs and contribute ideas for promotional campaigns, partnership offers, and acquisition strategies.

• Keep abreast of affiliate marketing trends, traffic acquisition channels, and competitive developments.

• Maintain precise reporting on affiliate activities, partnership performance, and commercial opportunities.

• Represent the organization at international conferences, exhibitions, seminars, and industry networking events as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience in Affiliate Management.

• Established portfolio of clients, affiliates, or business partners in the LATAM markets.

• Strong understanding of affiliate marketing channels, traffic acquisition strategies, and performance-based marketing models.

• Excellent command of Spanish (C1+) and English (B2+), both written and spoken.

• Experience in the Forex or online trading industry is essential.

• Proven ability to identify, develop, and maintain profitable affiliate partnerships.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.

• Familiarity with affiliate networks, tracking platforms, and campaign performance monitoring.

• Ability to analyze traffic sources, conversion performance, sales data, and campaign profitability.

• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and commercial performance indicators.

• Capability to identify potential affiliate fraud, marketing policy violations, and compliance risks.

• Good organizational, time management, and project coordination skills.

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple campaigns, and prioritize commercial activities effectively.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

• Understanding of LATAM market dynamics, customer acquisition trends, and regional business opportunities.

• Willingness to travel internationally for conferences, exhibitions, and business meetings as needed.

• Based in Argentina and comfortable working remotely under a B2B Services Agreement.
