This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
β’ Conduct thorough forensic investigations into structural failures, collapses, and construction defects.
β’ Execute site inspections and collect pertinent data to aid in forensic analysis.
β’ Apply engineering principles and practices to examine and evaluate structural challenges.
β’ Compile clear and concise technical reports that detail findings and conclusions.
β’ Offer expert testimony in legal matters when necessary.
β’ Keep abreast of industry trends, regulations, and standards pertinent to structural engineering.
β’ Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.
β’ Provide support for cases in Ohio and the surrounding regions.
β’ A Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
β’ Must possess a Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) designation.
β’ Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
β’ Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and adhering to deadlines.
β’ Must have U.S. Person status: U.S. citizen or national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
β’ Access to information subject to U.S. ITAR export controls is required.
β’ Experience providing expert testimony in legal proceedings is advantageous.
