Foreclosure Specialist III

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.

📋 Description

• Oversee the status of foreclosures via queues

• Collaborate with foreclosure attorneys and external counsel to address disputes

• Act as the main point of escalation for legal matters

• Keep track of and report on legal expenses

⛳️ Requirements

• A total of 4 years of higher education and/or relevant work experience, including 2 years in a Default Servicing related field

• Proficient in word processing and spreadsheet applications

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Capability to work efficiently within a team setting
