Foreclosure Referral Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Accurately document loan-level activities and foreclosure initiatives in MSP, ensuring thoroughness and precision.

• Analyze referral reports, identify qualifying loans, and facilitate attorney submissions, which includes gathering necessary documents.

• Oversee breach procedures, which involve tracking timelines, addressing exceptions, and generating, amending, and verifying breach letters.

• Manage re-breach activities, including bulk registrations and data uploads.

• Examine exception and foreclosure reports to confirm adherence to investor and state regulations.

• Keep updated on state foreclosure requirements and regulatory changes.

• Supervise outsourced resources, focusing on workload management, productivity, escalation handling, and quality assurance.

• Assist with audits, ensure accurate record-keeping, and fulfill necessary training obligations.

• Execute additional tasks as directed by Default Management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven knowledge of mortgage servicing and pre-foreclosure procedures, including guidelines from FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC.

• Skilled in MSP (preferred) and proficient with Microsoft Office software.

• Exceptional attention to detail paired with strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capability to work autonomously, prioritize responsibilities, and manage tasks efficiently.
