• Identify, engage, and attract top cockpit talent across Europe

• Assemble a team of exceptional pilots

• Work in partnership with Flight Operations and Human Resources

• Take part in the interview and selection process

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in aviation recruitment (EASE environment)

• Demonstrated success in hiring for cockpit positions in General Aviation

• Strong history of direct sourcing

• In-depth knowledge of the EASA pilot market

• Skilled in candidate negotiation

• Proactive and hands-on approach
