This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.
• Cultivate and sustain robust, long-term relationships with essential fleet partners.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all account-related inquiries, ensuring effective communication and comprehension of fleet needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design and execute strategic account plans customized to each fleet customer's requirements, integrating them into Talixo systems.
• Recognize opportunities for account growth and development, ensuring alignment with the overall business objectives of the company.
• Identify prospective new partner fleets, initiate cold calls to generate new leads, and qualify those leads.
• Build a network of partnerships and negotiate agreements across your designated region and product line.
• Onboard and train new fleets.
• Utilize data and analytics to monitor key performance indicators, providing insights and recommendations to enhance fleet services and quality.
• Compile regular reports for fleets, emphasizing performance metrics and pinpointing areas for improvement.
• Remain informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market fluctuations to identify opportunities and potential risks.
• Work closely with other Departments (Sales, Tech, Operations) to refine processes and procedures, as well as to further develop our IT systems and tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in procurement or sales.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, along with intercultural experience.
• Proficient in data analysis and trend recognition to facilitate informed business decisions.
• Proven ability to tackle problem-solving in a structured manner, demonstrating independence and creativity.
• Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities.
• Familiarity with CRM software and other pertinent tools.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English - C1 proficiency is required; knowledge of Greek, Spanish, or Italian is a plus.
