This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hong Kong.
• Build and nurture robust, enduring relationships with key fleet partners.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all account-related inquiries, ensuring effective communication and comprehension of fleet needs.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to devise and execute strategic account plans tailored to the specific requirements of each fleet customer, integrating them into Talixo systems.
• Recognize opportunities for account growth and expansion, ensuring alignment with the overall business objectives of the company.
• Identify potential new partner fleets, conduct cold calls to generate new leads, and assess lead quality.
• Create a network of partnerships and negotiate deals within your region and product line.
• Facilitate the onboarding and training process for new fleets.
• Leverage data and analytics to monitor key performance indicators, offering insights and recommendations to enhance fleet services and quality.
• Generate regular reports for fleets, emphasizing performance metrics and pinpointing areas for improvement.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market fluctuations to uncover opportunities and potential risks.
• Collaborate closely with various departments (Sales, Tech, Operations) to refine processes and procedures and to further advance our IT systems and tools.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a similar field.
• At least 3 years of experience in the procurement sector or B2B/channel sales.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, complemented by intercultural experience.
• Proficient in data analysis and trend recognition to support informed business decisions.
• Proven ability to tackle problem-solving in a structured way, demonstrating independence and creativity.
• Outstanding organizational and time-management capabilities.
• Familiarity with CRM software and other pertinent tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English - C1 proficiency is essential.
