This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver strategic maintenance management support and exceptional customer service to CAMP fleet clients.
• Ensure compliance of aircraft and maintain accuracy of data.
• Optimize customer utilization of CAMP services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate service delivery and meet customer requirements.
• Foster strong relationships with key decision-makers.
• Serve as the internal advocate for the customer.
• Proactively tackle challenges and promote the adoption of CAMP products and services.
• Contribute to customer retention and growth in subscription revenue.
• Customer-focused mindset with a strong dedication to providing an outstanding customer experience.
• Familiarity with the CAMP platform and a capacity to quickly learn technical products.
• Experience in Quality or Operations in Part 135 charters, corporate flight departments, or Part 145 maintenance repair stations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong attention to detail paired with effective organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficient listening and analytical capabilities.
• Ability to encourage the adoption of technology platforms.
• Advanced data analysis skills with expertise in Microsoft Excel.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations up to 20% of the time.
