This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Align HR strategies with operational goals
• Cultivate an engaging work atmosphere

• Collaborate closely with department leaders to deliver HR support

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline
• Minimum of 3 years' experience as an HR Business Partner
• Proven expertise in talent management and performance evaluation
• Familiarity with the unique characteristics and needs of Tech, Product, and Ops teams
• Experience in a scale-up environment is highly desirable
• Strong grasp of employment (labor) legislation
• Analytical mindset
