Fixed Systems Service Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Deliver service and repair for gas detection equipment and systems.

• Conduct on-site installations and commissioning activities.

• Supervise necessary diagnostics and troubleshooting processes.

• Educate customers on the operation and maintenance of the system.

• Act as the company's representative with customers on both administrative and technical issues related to assigned projects.

• Analyze customer requirements and clarify responsibilities for problem resolution.

• Schedule and execute routine service calls within the designated territory.

• Maintain stock of spares, consumables, and accessories in the company vehicle.

• Manage personal expenses and safeguard company assets.

• Ensure that test equipment is calibrated and tested at regular intervals.

• Submit weekly and monthly reports to the Service Manager, including call plans for the upcoming week.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in fault finding.

• Capable of scheduling work diaries.

• Computer literate.

• Ability to interpret circuit diagrams and electrical schematics.

• Familiarity with RA / MS and “Permit To Work” schemes.

• Possess a valid full driving license.
