• Gathering and comprehending information regarding new projects.

• Estimating costs and preparing tenders for new assignments.

• Collaborating closely with the APs and operations manager to ensure that scheduling requirements are fulfilled based on the risk factors associated with the work, as well as operational assurance.

• Generating reports and conducting analyses on performance trends to guarantee continuous improvement across the division.

• Utilizing a strong financial acumen to prioritize both new and ongoing projects, coordinating closely with the finance business partner for effective budget control.

• Expected to oversee multiple work programs, managing several projects concurrently while working in conjunction with the operations manager.

• Will closely collaborate with the technical manager.

• Providing operational support when necessary.

• Fully qualified in a facilities management-related trade (Mechanical, Electrical, Carpentry).

• Proficient in a variety of IT skills.

• Experience in a similar role within the facilities management sector.
