This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.
• Propel new customer sales for Tendium’s SaaS platform across Finland and Europe
• Oversee the entire sales process, from prospecting to deal closure, with assistance from the marketing team
• Evaluate leads and initiate business conversations
• Showcase Tendium’s value proposition
• Develop and convert a robust sales pipeline
• Work collaboratively with the team to finalize deals
• Motivated and ambitious team member with the right mindset
• Relevant sales background, ideally in B2B or SaaS
• Proficient in Finnish, fluent in English, and possess at least a basic understanding of Swedish
• Additional language skills (notably Swedish) are advantageous
• Previous experience in a tech organization, knowledge of public procurements, or an established network in Finland are considered beneficial
• A success-oriented mindset
• Competitive base salary along with commission
• Six-month probationary period
