Financial Treasury Accounting Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Aid in overseeing daily cash balances and contribute to weekly cash forecasts.

• Assist in processing wire transfers while ensuring precise bank documentation.

• Support the preparation of monthly cash reports and help with reconciliations during closing periods.

• Work collaboratively with internal departments (e.g., Accounts Payable) to facilitate efficient cash operations.

• Create and uphold short-term cash flow forecasts, pinpointing significant variances and key drivers.

• Compile detailed Cash Flow (LE’s) Forecast for HQ by collecting and analyzing inputs from various teams—such as inventory, AR, AP, and operating cash earnings—to ensure alignment with the annual plan and ascertain consolidated needs.

• Generate monthly cash reporting and assist with month-end/quarter-end closing activities.

• Help maintain the Travel & Entertainment system and assist with insurance-related responsibilities, including annual renewals, claims, and contract assessments.

• Ensure adherence to internal policies and support audits as necessary.

• Aid in maintaining compliance with internal controls, treasury policies, and assist both internal and external audits (JSOX, operational audits).

• Actively manage and follow up on email communications, ensuring timely resolution of pending items.

• Participate in ad-hoc tasks or small projects to support the treasury team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.

• 0-3 years of pertinent experience in treasury, finance, or accounting.

• Strong focus on detail and precision when managing financial information.

• Excellent organizational abilities with the capacity to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and knowledgeable in other Office applications.

• Eagerness to learn and enhance analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills for effective collaboration with internal teams.
