Financial Systems Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Lead and oversee cross-functional project teams to guarantee successful project execution utilizing 3E Project Management tools.

• Work alongside clients to establish project scope, objectives, and deliverables while ensuring adherence to all project requirements.

• Create and sustain comprehensive project plans, encompassing timelines and budgets, ensuring alignment with client expectations and organizational objectives.

• Leverage 3E Project Management tools to monitor project progress, manage resources, and report on milestones to stakeholders.

• Organize project documentation, including project charters, status reports, and meeting notes through the 3E Project Management platform.

• Supervise and manage project risks, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues to guarantee timely resolutions.

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, nurturing strong relationships and facilitating clear communication.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in project management with the implementation of 3E/law firm finance systems.

• A four-year degree or an equivalent combination of experience and education.

• Proficiency in collaboration and project tracking tools.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience with the firm’s services and/or clients is preferred, or prior experience in the legal software sector.

• Skilled in areas such as problem-solving, customer focus, communication, collaboration, organizational support, quality attention, and punctuality.

• Authorized to work in the country of residence without any restrictions or sponsorship.
