Financial Systems Application Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Lead and conduct maintenance, configuration, and daily administration of global finance software applications for BETSOL's clients.

• Ensure the seamless and efficient operation of finance applications, reducing disruptions during peak finance reporting cycles.

• Contribute to the implementation of new finance software applications, processes, and strategic technology transformations.

• Assume responsibilities of the Global Finance Applications Lead during planned absences.

• Oversee the configuration of cloud-hosted software applications and modules, including application settings, administrative configurations, and data migrations.

• Manage application role security in accordance with best practices and the global SOX control framework.

• Establish appropriate role security for new finance applications and lead periodic control assessments with auditors.

• Conduct user provisioning for finance applications and manage associated change request tickets.

• Act as the primary resource for managing finance applications ticket boards.

• Collaborate with senior finance leadership regarding the change pipeline and priorities for open tickets.

• Troubleshoot issues and outages related to finance software and integrations.

• Assist outsourced partners in monitoring system performance.

• Review application updates and software releases, leading the testing of impacted processes alongside finance process owners.

• Support staff training on new finance technologies, processes, and systems.

• Aid in the creation of technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies for finance applications.

• Assist with internal and external auditor requests related to finance applications and technology.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• 4-6 years of professional corporate experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials.

• At least 5 years of experience managing or administering vendor-hosted cloud applications, ideally finance applications such as Coupa, Concur, Blackline, and Longview.

• Resourcefulness and strong problem-solving capabilities.

• Proven experience supporting projects and collaborating with team members to meet deliverables.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Accounting, Finance, or a related field; or a demonstrable equivalent combination of education, on-the-job training, and/or work experience.

• Ability to work for a US-based client during US EST business hours.
