Financial Systems Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• The Financial Systems Administrator will oversee the support, maintenance, and enhancement of the internal business systems utilized by the finance, professional services, and accounting teams at insightsoftware.

• Ensure system controls are maintained for NetSuite, Kantata, and other business systems.

• Must possess the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users.

• Diagnose and review daily system integration flows that support our ERP platform.

• Convert new business requirements into technical designs.

• Offer user support regarding all aspects of our core systems, including system documentation and training resources.

• Ensure proper system access for security roles is maintained.

• Conduct root cause analysis and assist in developing mitigation strategies.

• Create and present reports and data through saved searches and datasets.

• Keep abreast of NetSuite functionality, customization, and integration.

• Effectively communicate project statuses to key stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Finance/accounting systems administration (NetSuite preferred)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or equivalent experience

• Familiarity with quote to cash and procure to pay processes

• A solid understanding of revenue recognition and financial reporting

• Demonstrated ability to create and finalize project deliverables and documentation

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong proficiency in Excel (i.e., VLookup, XLookup, SumIf)

• Experience with Salesforce, Boomi, SuiteProjects Pro (Formerly OpenAir), Kantata, Power BI, and Workday is advantageous

• NetSuite certifications such as SuiteFoundation and SuiteAnalytics are beneficial

• SQL experience (preferably with Snowflake) is preferred
