Financial Solution Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Implement RealPage SaaS solutions through strategic customer engagements.

• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to design scalable, flexible, and resilient solutions.

• Oversee and offer strategic advice throughout the complete lifecycle of implementations.

• Comprehend customer business strategies and use cases across various workstreams.

• Develop and execute tailored product implementations that meet customer requirements.

• Identify customer business needs and assess their current operational state.

• Create change management strategies that align with current and future operational conditions.

• Monitor the achievement of requirements and the success of adoption.

• Cultivate ongoing customer partnerships and establish trusted-advisor relationships.

• Align business requirements with RealPage product capabilities.

• Develop solution frameworks for effective implementations.

• Lead presales and implementation discovery meetings with key customer stakeholders.

• Collaborate with Engagement Management on the comprehensive implementation project plan.

• Organize and manage system design with internal delivery teams.

• Plan and coordinate go-live activities for solution integration, training, and ongoing support.

• Contribute to team and departmental initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• General understanding of the Multifamily industry.

• Intermediate knowledge of accounting practices and principles.

• Intermediate-level familiarity with FinTech products and integrations.

• Intermediate-level proficiency in consulting methodologies.

• Capability to engage and lead discussions with directors and/or regional-level personnel.

• Limited domestic travel, up to 35%.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, meet tight deadlines, and take ownership of various projects.

• Proficient in operating a personal computer.

• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

• Ability to occasionally stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, climb stairs, talk, or hear.

• May require lifting or moving items weighing 10+ pounds.
